Engage Goons at Jita 4-4 in faction fit, faction warships ? What I would probably do myself is buy Navy Faction frigs.. and visit each Career agent system in eve leaving them about for new players to find.. But what can I say.. I'm a nice guy..

Belts respawn every day at downtime.. I've been told 3 days a week they spawn bigger than normal, but I can't say as I've noticed, and don't remember exactly which days..
